I donot agree with the view that a college or university education should be available to all.in my opinion, it is not wise and practicable too. if implemented, it is destined to fail. it will prove to be wasting material national resources and will also not benefit the students concerned.it will amount their careers.
a society is comprised of people of different classes and categories. university education does not suit them all. a graduate on the other hand will lack the capacity.every child is not born to possess all the qualities.he is moulded to do a certain job and to become a particular person.
college and university level education to bad students on the cost of good students is injustice and will result in a loss.
